The Results Of Combined Radiofrequency Laser With Coolsculpting Technology

Radiofrequency laser comes with CoolSculpting technology to redefine a soft jawline. It combines the fat-freezing properties of CoolSculpting with radiofrequency waves that are delivered into the fatty tissue, destroying fat cells without harming neighboring healthy cells.

Also called Shape & Sculpt, these pair create a very interesting treatment that helps eliminate fat pockets around the jaw (based on the premise that frozen fat cells will eventually be flushed away by the liver) and that the firming radio frequency laser encourages plumping collagen to tighten the skin over the top.

Usually compared to each other, the combination was created to join the benefits of both in one powerful session.

It is designed to reduce or eliminate a double chin, jowls, or sagging skin on the lower face and then re-contour the chin and jawline to restore the shape, volume, and definition in the lower face that is often lost with age.

More especially, CoolSculpting has the downside of taking up to about three months for the results of the procedure to be visible. On the plus side, there’s minimal discomfort, and little, if any, downtime is necessary.

Radiofrequency typically takes 15 minutes for each targeted area that’s treated, and multiple areas can be treated in a single session.

Results can usually be seen after the first treatment, with more notable results seen several weeks later.

In conclusion, this innovative treatment combination offers excellent long-term results, enhancing the face’s overall appearance, improving symmetry and contouring, and boosting and rejuvenating the skin’s tone and texture.

The Benefits Of The Innovative Technology Of A Fitness Mirror Workout

0

Smart fitness mirrors are one of the newest and most popular fitness devices. It is made to bring the benefits of a gym to the user’s home and can be used in tiny spaces without additional equipment.

Fitness mirrors work by displaying a professional trainer on a screen to lead you through a workout. Some options act as actual mirrors that allow you to see yourself and the trainer as you exercise, allowing you to self-correct your exercises and avoid possible damage. Other options aren’t actually mirrored at all but give you AI-powered form recommendations, among other smart features.

Although it changes from different brands, it usually provides yoga class, works on your cardio, and lift weights without needing to own any vast, bulky machines. Most only require just a tiny wall space so that they can be mounted or used with a stand. A few feet of open space to do your workout comfortably is also necessary.

One option is the Tempo Studio. It is not wall-mounted and depends on where you live. It can be delivered and installed on the same day. It comes with some extra equipment and has hundreds of classes available to the users.

The Tonal Fitness Mirror takes practically no space and has more “serious” and complete workout sessions. The workout instructors provide thorough directions, and the on-screen cues help you stay on track with your reps, sets, and weights. It is also possible to independently adjust the volume of the music and the exercise class instructor.

In conclusion, owning a fitness mirror is like working out in the future. There are many options available in the market. Still, the different brands and innovative mirror products have a similar mission of making it easier than ever to train at home and work out with only the assistance of a wall mirror and a virtual instructor or personal trainer.

Risks Attached To Trans Fat And How To Get Rid Of It

0

Trans fat is a type of fat found in foods that increases our risk for heart disease. There are two broad types of trans fats in foods: naturally occurring and artificial trans fats. Naturally-occurring trans fats are produced in the gut of some animals, and foods made from these animals (for example, milk and meat products) may contain small quantities of these fats. Artificial trans fats (or trans fatty acids) are created in an industrial process that adds hydrogen to liquid vegetable oils to make them more solid.

Trans fats are easy to use, inexpensive to produce, and long-lasting. This type of fat gives foods a desirable taste and texture. Many restaurants and fast-food outlets use trans fats to deep fry foods because oils with trans fats can often be used in commercial fryers. Several countries and jurisdictions have reduced or restricted the use of trans fats in food service establishments.

It is difficult to stop eating trans fat, so the goal is to eat as little trans fat as possible. Remember that just because a food is trans-fat-free does not mean it is fat-free and can still be bad for your health. Many food companies have replaced trans fat with other types of fat, especially saturated fat.

The American Heart Association recommends that adults who want to lower LDL cholesterol reduce their intake of trans fat and limit their consumption of saturated fat to 5 to 6% of total calories. The tips follow a dietary pattern emphasizing fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, poultry, fish, and nuts. Furthermore, naturally occurring, hydrogenated vegetable oils such as canola, safflower, sunflower, or olive oil should be used most often. Also, limit red meat and sugary foods and beverages.

In conclusion, Trans fat is considered the worst fat to eat. Unlike other dietary fats, trans fats raise “bad” cholesterol and lower “good” cholesterol. This way, its consumption should be controlled.

  • Spin N Curl Ceramic Rotating Curling Iron is an affordable and easy-to-use hair tool that draws hair into the 1-inch curl chamber to heat it for a specific time, spitting out perfect curls without a second thought on your part. Very similar to the Dyson, it can be a great alternative.

Benefits Of Professional Dermabrasion And When To Look For It

0

Professional dermabrasion is a very popular facial procedure that is done at dermatological offices. When properly done, it can effectively improve the appearance of the skin, including fine lines, sun damage, acne scars, and uneven texture.

Dermabrasion is an exfoliating technique that basically uses a rotating instrument to remove the outer layers of skin, usually on the face.

Benefits Of Professional Dermabrasion And When To Look For It

This principle is used in many devices found in the market that simulate the cleansing and exfoliating process of professional treatments, but when done with a professional, it is more intense and with different results.

When in a dermatologist’s office, during the procedure, the professional will numb your skin with anesthesia before removing the outermost layers of your skin. It does not require time to recover in the clinic, so it can be done, and after it’s finished, it is possible to go home or back to the other activities.

After sessions, the skin can turn pink and swollen. Furthermore, it may feel like it is burning or tingling. As it is a professional procedure and the skin has to recover from it, it is possible that the skin might ooze a clear or yellow liquid or crust over while healing.

The effect usually appears quickly (usually after two weeks), but multiple sessions may be needed if it is a large region. Professional Dermabrasion

Dermabrasion is not recommended for skin conditions like inflammatory acne, recurrent herpes flare-ups, radiation burns, or burn scars. Medical assistance is important to avoid cases of further hurting the skin for other reasons.

Benefits Of Professional Dermabrasion And When To Look For It

In conclusion, dermabrasion is a procedure performed by dermatologists or licensed professionals. It is used as an exfoliating device that works to remove the outer layers of your skin.

When the damaged skin layers are removed, your body will create newer and younger skin cells and improve the appearance of acne, acne scars, sunspots, fine lines, and an uneven skin tone.

Professional Ways To Extract Blackhead

Blackhead are dark-colored spots that commonly appear on the face and nose. In theory, they are a mild form of acne that may affect your complexion and cause discomfort. However, it is possible to remove blackheads safely or even prevent their formation.

Doing blackhead extractions at home can lead to infections and other problems. This way, here come professional common blackhead extraction treatments:

Professional Ways To Extract Blackhead

  • Blackhead medication: Appropriate medication can be prescribed by the doctor to treat a severe case of blackheads. The medicine generally contains vitamin A, tretinoin, adapalene, and benzoyl peroxide. It should only be used with medical prescriptions and follow-ups.
  • Chemical peels: A salicylic acid peel is the primary chemical peel used for unclogging pores and removing dead skin cells that contribute to blackheads and is considered adequate for eliminating blackheads. The chemical solution containing salicylic acid, when applied to the skin, works to reveal smooth and healthy skin underneath.
  • Manual blackhead removal: Dermatologists or skin experts use a specialized tool called a comedone extractor to extract the blackheads from the skin. The blackhead extractor has a round loop at the tip placed over the blackhead to be extracted. It is gently pressed to remove the plug, and pressure is applied to remove the blockage. It is one of the easiest and quickest ways to get rid of blackheads, but you should consider taking the help of a professional while using this tool for the right amount of pressure to unclog the pore without harming the skin.

    Professional Ways To Extract Blackhead

  • Microdermabrasion treatment: In this procedure, the upper layer of skin is scrubbed away using a specialized instrument. This unclogs the pores and removes blackheads. It is not a popular choice for blackhead removal as, in some cases, it may thicken the upper layer of skin and worsen the blackhead condition.
