The following workouts will help you tone and target your muscles.

  1. Dumbbell bench press

Step 1: Lie face down on the bench and grasp dumbbells in both hands. Your feet should be flat on the floor.

Step 2:Bend your elbows to align the weight with your chest. This is the point from which you will begin.

Step 3: Maintain a straight gaze and gradually raise your dumbbells toward the ceiling and away from your body.

 Step 4: Bring it back it to the initial position. Perform 15-20 repetitions of this workout.

  1. Tricep dips with straight legs

 Step 1: Maintain a straight posture with your back to the staircase. Arrange your hands shoulder-width apart on the third stairwell’s edge.

 Step 2: Ensure that your shoulders are perpendicular to your wrists and that your legs are stretched.

 Step 3: Bend your elbows and lower your arms until they form a 90-degree angle.

 Step 4: Come to the starting point by extending your hands and repeat.
