Here are some measures you can take to perform an easy hair spa at home.

  1. Massage oil into your hair and scalp.

Begin the hair spa with an oil massage to hydrate and stimulate the hair and scalp. You can use any hair oil, however olive and coconut oils are excellent choices due to their beneficial properties for hair. All you have to do is gently massage the oil into your skin; this will assist you in relaxing and also aid in stress reduction.

  1. Using a steamer or a cloth

The last step is to steam your hair to ensure that the nutrients in the oil adequately permeate your hair cuticle. Use a steamer or soak a towel in hot water, squeeze out excess water, and wrap the heated towel around your head. Rep to this step until the towel feels cool to the touch. Allow the steam to circulate correctly for approximately 15 minutes before proceeding to the next stage.

  1. Rinse the oil out

It’s now time to shampoo your hair. Wash your hair with a sulfate-free gentle shampoo. Cleanse your hair thoroughly to remove all dirt and grease.

  1. Use hair spa cream

The most critical stage in any hair spa treatment is the application of a deep conditioning hair spa cream. If you do not have hair spa cream on hand, you can make a homemade hair mask using curd, egg, banana, and honey. Allow the hair mask to sit in your hair for 20 minutes.

  1. Concluding rinse

Finally, rinse your hair to remove any remaining hair spa cream. Avoid rubbing your hair with a towel or blow drying it. Instead, let it dry naturally. You can perform this hair treatment at home on a weekly basis to restore your hair to its natural state of health.
