Pros of Gua Sha

The presence of “Sha” denotes a yin-yang imbalance in the human body, a disruption in the flow of qi and blood, the production and storage of toxins in the body, and the appearance of toxins on the skin through the meridians. As a result, “Sha” is a symptom of illness. The darker the color of Sha points, the more severe the disease. The deeper you go, the more you’ll discover.

3.Aggravate bleeding when used in the painful part of an acute sprain.

4.Don’t use Gua sha if you have contact dermatitis as there is a possibility that you transmit the disease to others.

5.If you are suffering excessive hunger or exhaustion, don’t use it in the meantime, as you won’t be able to bear the scraping therapy.

6.It can’t be used on the lips, eyes, tongue, ear holes, nostrils, nipples, and belly button because of possible congestion.
