Numerous substances are utilized in skincare and hygiene products. Some are beneficial and encourage healthy skin and bodily functions. Others, though, are not. The following is a list of items that you should use and those that you should avoid.
Use: Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in our bodies that has been shown to be extremely effective in retaining moisture. Additionally, it is a chemical that is effective on both dry and oily skin types.
Avoid: Aluminum, which is included in a variety of personal care products (particularly antiperspirant deodorants), has been shown to impair the endocrine system’s normal functioning.
Use: Vitamin C and Vitamin E have been shown to work extremely well when combined. Their combined advantages include anti-aging, UV damage repair, hyperpigmentation reduction, hydration and healing, and anti-inflammatory activity.
Avoid: Mineral oil coats the skin and clogs pores. It is present in creams, lotions, ointments, and cosmetics. This has the potential to impair your skin’s capacity to eliminate toxins.
Use: Vitamin B3 improves the flexibility of the skin, strengthens the skin barrier, evens out skin tone, and decreases inflammation. Additionally, it can be used to treat acne.
Avoid: Parabens (methyl, butyl, ethyl, and propyl) are found in a wide variety of goods, including moisturizers and deodorants, and have been linked to hormone irregularities in some individuals.
