Water–All That Your Skin Needs!
Water–All That Your Skin Needs!

Your body needs plenty of water daily and it has numerous benefits. Not only it has an extremely important role in improving your skin, but also helps in weight loss. At least one should drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water daily to improve skin hydration. Drinking lots of water can boost up your skin hydration in just 24 hours.

Increasing your fluid intake increases blood flow to skin which ultimately strengthens and evens skin tone. Thus reduces loss of elasticity in skin and gives a soft smooth texture to skin.

Also, greater the blood supply to skin, better for the skin as more nutrients and oxygenated blood is transported to skin. It also helps to wash out toxins and debris out of skin, act as an excellent detoxifier and gives skin a clear smooth texture.  This not only adds glow to it but also nourishes it from within.

Some people also use alkaline water for skin. This is extremely beneficial for eczema patients and helps fight acne. This is because of its pH balancing actions and significantly increases absorption of nutrients and easy removal of dirt and grease from skin. If you are facing acne and pimple problems these days, add alkaline water to your routine and you’ll notice how it gives remarkable results.

While we breathe, we lose some moisture with every breath. Adequate amount of water is therefore essential for a healthy skin. You don’t need expensive creams and steroids for a clear skin. All you need is to increase water intake and see amazing results. Water works no less than a magic wand for your skin. It helps in skin tightening and prevents puffiness and rashes, controls moisture levels and results in flawless skin. I highly recommend people with acne prone skin to increase water intake for a clear skin.
