HOW TO USE ReFa 4 CARAT:
Standard Way to Hold
Place your thumb and forefinger around the narrow part of the handle and firmly grip the thickest part without covering the solar panel with your hand.
Rolling Method
Gently roll back and forth along the lines of your body to draw in the soft part of the skin. For consecutive kneading, roll in a straight line with all four rollers touching the skin at the same time.
