Why is there a Membership?

The Hero membership model allows us to offer the full experience to as many users as possible at an affordable price.

Hero membership includes access to the device, the app, and 24/7 support.

Similar devices that are on a membership model are significantly more expensive ($50-$60 per month) and provide fewer features. Other devices available for purchase include a very expensive initial investment ($11,99-$1,499). None of these devices include an app that allows users to interface with either as the primary user or remotely as a caregiver. Pricing and feature sets for the products displayed below are as reported by the respective manufacturers as of 10/01/20.

Is Hero covered by health insurance?

Although Hero’s not currently covered by health insurance, we are FSA/HSA approved, so you can use an FSA (flexible spending account) or HSA (health savings account) card for your payment.

I frequently leave the house for work or travel. Will Hero still work for me?
