- MONITOR YOUR GOALS: Monitor your daily progress toward your goal of Heart Points and Steps.
- MAKE ALL YOUR MOVEMENT COUNT: If you walk, run, or ride your bike throughout the day, your Android phone or Wear OS by Google smartwatch will automatically detect. It will add your activities to your Google Fit journal.
- INTEGRATE WITH YOUR PREFERRED APPS AND DEVICES: Fit can display data from a variety of your favorite apps and devices to provide a comprehensive view of your health. This ensures that you never lose track of your progress. These include Life sum, Google’s Wear OS, Nike+, Run keeper, Strava, My Fitness Pal, Basis, Android Sleep, Withings, and Xiaomi Mi bands.
