Invest in an oil-clearing face wash for yourself and use it on a regular basis (twice, daily). You’ll witness that the oil build-up that clogs pores on the skin is removed by doing so. However, avoid using really harsh cleansers because they will dry up your skin instead of removing the excess oil which will result in a lot more oil on the face over time.

- Use Micellar Water as a Toner: Micellar water functions as a toner, eliminating excess sebum and preventing your skin from becoming too dry.
- Blotting Sheets: Blotting sheets include glycolic acid, which helps to reduce the amount of oil on the skin. Every day, use a sheet or two on occasion.
- Mask Yourself: If you want to minimize oil and pollutants, clay masks are your best bet. Use once a week. Add hydrating substances like honey and shea butter.
- Keep an eye on your diet: Antioxidant and Omega 3 fatty acid-rich foods aid in the maintenance of healthy skin. Avoid anything heavy in sugar or fat in general.
- Get a facial: If you often visit a salon for facials, avoid steam facials. The simple reason is that they dehydrate your skin, making it oilier.
- Consult a dermatologist: It’s possible that your oily skin is caused by a medical problem. Make an appointment with a qualified dermatologist for professional advice.
