WHAT ARE APPLE CIDER VINEGAR'S 5 BEAUTY BENEFITS

If you enjoy making your skincare and hair remedies, apple cider vinegar is a kitchen staple that you will enjoy incorporating into your beauty routine. It contains a plethora of beneficial properties for your body, skin, and even hair. Here are five different ways to transform this liquid into a beauty potion.

  1. Toner for the Face

Utilizing this liquid as a toner can assist in maintaining the skin’s pH balance. To make your toner, combine one large spoon of apple cider vinegar (ACV) with two large spoons of water. This way, you can dilute the potion and apply it directly to your face to help prevent breakouts and blemishes. If you have sensitive skin, test it first. Additionally, you can add more water to ensure that it does not irritate your skin.

  1. Hair cleanser

Numerous shampoos contain chemicals that can dull the hair and even cause product build-up. Make an ACV hair rinse to detoxify your scalp. Combine two parts ACV to a cup of water and use it as a rinse after shampooing. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before rinsing again!

  1. Soothe sunburn

Additionally, apple cider vinegar is a natural astringent. Therefore, if you suffer from skin irritation, such as itching or a burning sensation, this potion is the answer. Additionally, it is beneficial for sunburns and razor bumps. Combine equal parts cold water and vinegar and rub the potion on the affected area.

  1. Eliminate Foot Odors

You do not need to purchase a food deodorizer when you can make one yourself. All you have to do is soak your feet in a solution of water and ACV for approximately 10-15 minutes. The vinegar’s acidic property will eliminate the odor from your feet.

  1. Brush cleanser for beauty

Your makeup brushes may harbor a high concentration of bacteria, which can later result in breakouts. At home, make a cleansing solution by combining three tablespoons of ACV with a cup of hot water. Now, clean your brushes with this mixture, which will eliminate all bacteria on the bristles.
