So Selfkaire developed a tool that addresses this. It’s made of surgical steel, so it’s much sturdier than a traditional roller. It is great for those who like to apply more pressure when massaging. When used on your face, Kairetool has many similar benefits to a facial roller. You can use it to reduce puffiness/fine lines and to soothe tension in your jaw. Being able to use it on my body has allowed me to reach a whole new level of self-care.
