The device may come with a travel lock activated. To disable, make sure the device is UNPLUGGED. Hold SonicGlow and ActiveWarmth power buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The light on the front power button will flash once for unlocking and twice for locking. Then try just pressing the frontside button one time to turn it on. Do this whole process until you get the one flash of light and then once unlocked, the power will turn on!
