With the breakout of the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of home devices to monitor health changes has suffered a significant increase. Going to hospital and doctors’ offices has become something to be avoided, and the symptoms can be familiar as the flu.

It can be worn 24/7 and is an innovation as it monitors coughing and respiratory activity, along with heart rate and body temperature.

Another discovery is the Tasso-SST blood sampling kit, which utilizes a gentle vacuum to collect blood from capillaries under the skin in a few minutes at home. In conclusion, new telemedicine strategies can be developed with these innovations in home devices. It will not be necessary to bring patients to monitor their status during and after the illness.
