Dermal fillers are injected to fix wrinkles and add volume to parts of your face like lips and cheeks. However, its results are temporary. Generally, Dermal fillers last for six to eight months. Hyaluronic acid is the standard component of fillers.
What’s the cost of Dermal filler?
Usually, the price range in the US is from $500 to $2,000 per syringe. I can’t say the exact cost because it all depends on the filler type, how many needles are used, and how complex the area is being treated.
Should I get Dermal filler?
Well, like I always do, you should research first the procedure. Know the risks. Why do you want it in the first place? Are you ready for the consequences, side effects, if there are any? Is the one going to do the procedure having enough experience? Can you afford to pay for the same process again after the results are gone?
Generally, Face and lip fillers are safe, provided that it is done by a Medical professional with enough experience in the field. You should ask if he’s registered to do it. Be aware of scammers and fake products. Get a consultation first before the actual procedure.
What’s the procedure?
- The doctor applies a cream to numb the skin.
- The material is injected into the desired part of the face.
- Massage the area where the filler is injected.
