Sleeping with your face exposed

Pressing your face against a pillow for several hours at a time will undoubtedly result in wrinkles. The most effective way to resolve this issue is to practice sleeping on your back. If this appears impossible, use a silk pillowcase, which creates less friction and is kinder to your skin.

Gum chewing

Are you constantly reaching for your pack of gum? We respectfully request that you should stop. Chewing gum excessively can have a detrimental effect on your skin. We have a tendency to have repetitive muscle motions in the area around our mouth, which results in fine lines and folds. This reduces the elasticity of the skin, resulting in premature aging and wrinkles

Smoking

Studies show that smoking not only wreaks havoc on the lungs, but also causes sagging skin. This is due to the fact that smoking produces an enzyme that degrades collagen and elastin. Cigarette smoke constricts blood vessels, particularly those in the skin, resulting in a deficiency of oxygen and nutrients, which accelerates the aging process of the skin.

Mobile phones

We constantly touch our phones, place them wherever we please, and allow others to touch them; it’s no wonder they’re covered in bacteria. Utilizing these filthy devices and pressing them against our faces without cleaning them is a surefire way to develop acne. Daily wipe down your phone with rubbing alcohol or an antibacterial wipe.

Touching your face often

Constantly touching your face or rubbing your eyes results in significant skin damage. This exposes the skin to dirt, oils, and bacteria, all of which can contribute to acne. When you rub your eyes while tired, you damage the delicate capillaries beneath the skin and the tissues in this area. This results in the formation of wrinkles and fine lines at an early age.
